Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Manager to lead the store operations, drive sales performance, manage staff, and execute effective local marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in retail or jewelry management.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

2. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

3. Implement in-store and local offline marketing activities to boost visibility.

4. Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain brand standards.

5. Analyze sales data, manage inventory, and optimize store performance.

6.Coordinate with corporate and regional teams for promotions and operations.

7. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Requirements

1. Strong people management and communication skills.

2. Experience in offline marketing or local promotions is an added advantage.

3. Customer-focused, analytical, and target-driven mindset.

4. Proficiency in MS Office and basic retail software tools.
