We are looking for a Deal Desk Operator with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in precious metals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute buy and sell orders for precious metals.
• Monitor market conditions and perform real-time analysis to support deal structuring.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Ensure all trades comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.
• Provide reporting as required by the department head or compliance teams.
• Work closely with back-office teams to ensure smooth settlement of transactions.
• Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the trading process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial trading environment, preferably in commodities or bullion.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and trading platforms.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
