Need a Software Back Office with GATI Experience

The Back Office Executive with GATI Software will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and support of GATI software applications. 

This role involves working with a team of software engineers and analysts to ensure that GATI software applications run smoothly and efficiently. 

 

Back Office Executive Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the installation and configuration of GATI software applications 
• Troubleshoot issues related to GATI software applications 
• Monitor the performance of GATI software applications 
• Liaise with the engineering team to maintain current versions of GATI software applications 
• Develop user-friendly instructions and tutorials for users of GATI software applications 
• Perform basic system administration tasks, such as backups and updates 

He or she must know

• Jewelry Production Planning and Control
• How to create masters
• How to process orders
• Date follow up
• Assign Job cards to Manufacturing
• Entries for receipt in and Out stock movement
• Quotation andBilling
• Dates tracking for shipment 

Back Office Executive Job Requirements: 
 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, or a related field 
• Proficiency in GATI software
