Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
Welcome customers and provide a high-quality retail experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
Handle counter sales and close transactions effectively.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Product Knowledge & Consultation
Explain jewellery details including design, purity, diamonds, gemstones, and pricing.
Guide customers for occasions like weddings, gifting, and daily wear.
Stay updated on latest jewellery trends and collections.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat sales.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
Store Operations
Maintain jewellery displays and ensure visual merchandising standards.
Assist with stock handling and inventory checks.
Support billing and smooth transaction processes.
Requirements
2–5 years of jewellery retail / counter sales experience (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven with a customer-first approach.
Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
Presentable personality and professional attitude.
