Nikhaar Jewels is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Inventory Executive to manage and maintain accurate inventory records and ensure smooth backend operations for the store. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle inventory data efficiently.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of jewellery inventory in internal systems or ERP software.
Perform daily data entry of stock movement, including inward and outward entries.
Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams for stock updates and reconciliation.
Monitor product quantities and report low stock levels to management.
Ensure correct tagging, SKU management, and cataloging of jewellery products.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and physical stock verification.
Maintain proper documentation for stock transfers, returns, and adjustments.
Assist management with inventory reports and stock analysis.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of inventory systems or ERP software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tools.
Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
Good coordination and communication skills.
