Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery products.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable designs.
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
Provide detailed product information including metal type, gemstones, and pricing.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Maintain store presentation and ensure jewellery displays are well organized.
Support inventory management and stock checks when required.
Handle billing and ensure smooth completion of sales transactions.
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement ability.
Knowledge of jewellery products and trends (preferred).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
