Job Description
The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for strengthening customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service standards. This role focuses on customer engagement, loyalty building, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding purchases, feedback, and service updates.
Design and implement customer engagement initiatives such as loyalty programs, special offers, and events.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
