Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Executive with a commerce background and good accounting knowledge, ideally with purchase, inward, inventory or supply chain experience in the jewellery industry, to handle purchase and inward operations.

Responsibilities

Verify purchase orders, invoices, supplier rates, charges and commercial terms
Handle weight discrepancies, pricing errors, material returns and supplier reconciliation
Manage metal issue and receipt transactions, deposit processes and material movement controls
Maintain documentation and records, and prepare Excel and MIS reports
Coordinate with suppliers, SCM, accounts, manufacturing and other internal departments
Follow up on pending items and resolve issues quickly

Requirements

Commerce graduate with good accounting knowledge
Experience in purchase, inward, inventory or supply chain management, preferably in jewellery
Strong documentation, record keeping and Excel/MIS skills
Good follow-up, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
