Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections professionally
Explain product features, pricing, purity, and making charges clearly
Assist customers during the complete sales process, from inquiry to billing
Build customer trust and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Handle billing and coordinate with the cashier and backend team
Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Manage inventory display and report stock movement when required
Support festive offers, promotions, and walk-in customer campaigns
Handle customer queries and basic after-sales support
Requirements
Prior experience in retail sales (jewellery retail experience is preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented approach with a pleasant personality
Ability to understand customer needs and upsell appropriately
Basic billing and sales process knowledge
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
Honest, trustworthy, and professional attitude
