Daily responsibilities may include:
- Assist in driving top line sales, including supervising, coaching, and direction of the sales staff.
- Contribute to the sales floor by actively engaging in the sales process with our customers, providing an excellent experience for each customer in store while also exemplifying our PMJ sales tools.
- Working closely, collaboratively, and transparently with the rest of the store management team.
- Ensuring partnership with the Store Merchandiser to understand and educate team in all merchandising standards including case presentation and storytelling.
- Develop a basic understanding of all functionalities and processes in the shop, customer service department, and sales operations.
- Attending and participating in all scheduled meetings of the store management team as requested, as well as meetings with the sales team.
- Perform duties related to opening and closing the store.
- Process clean and checks, write up shop jobs for sales, customer repairs, and warranty work, master Quality Control according to PMJ standards, and participate in shop-related inventories.
