Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the procurement process for Capex projects within the Bathware Division.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand Capex requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to manage supply chain efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports on spending, savings, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • BE/BTech
  • Purchase Experience in Bathware field - Vendor management of bathware items.
  • Process knowledge of PTP cycle - Purchase to Payment with material planning and inventory management as per Min-Max.
  • Good Negotiation & Communication skill. Able to manage the outsourcing contracts & OEM supplies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
