Job requirements:
- Preparing purchase plan of trading items/Raw Material (Domestic and Import) as per forecasting, market dynamics and demand.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure a consistent supply of right quality trading items, at right price and at right time.
- Negotiate contract with suppliers to secure the best price and terms. Follow up with the supplier for timely delivery and quality enhancement.
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement plans and price accordingly
- Maintain strong relationship with suppliers and stakeholders. Timely addressing the open points.
- Ensure optimum inventory of material as per purchase plan. Development of alternate vendor and new vendor to mitigate dependency on single vendor
Educational Qualification : Graduate in B.E., B.Tech. from reputed college/University (Mandatory)
Experience : 5- 10 years of experience
Additional Skills:
- Advance knowledge of microsoft excel(Pivot table, vlookup, data analysis). Hand on experience in Power Point will be an added advantage
- Having experience to handle the IMS & ISO Audit with document preparation & Audit compliance
- Knowledge of import purchase will be an added advantage
