Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.

Qualifications:

• MBA, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the piping industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in bath and fittings industry
