• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including ensuring all products are properly displayed.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of different types of jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals.
• Basic computer skills for sales transactions and inventory management.
