Rings and I- Senior Ring Expert, Pune

The Senior Ring Expert is a senior client-facing role responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, mentoring Ring Experts, and ensuring smooth execution of studio-level processes.

The role involves managing client appointments both in-studio and virtually, understanding customer preferences, and using strong styling, design consultation, and people-reading skills to convert business opportunities.

The Senior Ring Expert will manage the complete client and product journey from appointment to delivery while also taking ownership of key studio operations such as merchandising, inventory management, training, and closing procedures. The role also serves as a subject-matter expert across key product categories.

• 3–6 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, premium sales, client servicing, or consultative selling.
• Strong experience in handling high-value clientele and client appointments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of jewellery, engagement rings, diamonds, and product styling.
• Strong client-reading, consultation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales through consultative selling and personalised recommendations.
• Experience handling both online/virtual and in-person customer interactions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide junior team members.
• Good understanding of inventory, merchandising, and studio operations.
• Comfortable handling payments, receipts, cash collection, and basic operational documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and customer-centric environment.
