Our policies are simple and customer-first: 15-day no-questions-asked returns with 100% invoice value refund, lifetime exchange at 100% appreciated value for gold and diamonds, and lifetime buyback at 100% appreciated value for gold and 90% for diamonds (minus making charges and GST).
