The Ring Expert is the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing appointments both in-store and online. The role involves understanding client requirements and using expertise in jewellery styling, design, and people-reading skills to provide personalized consultations and drive conversions. The Ring Expert manages the complete client and product journey, from appointment to delivery.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Work Week: Weekends are working

• Conduct and manage client appointments both in-store and online.
• Understand client requirements and provide personalized jewellery styling and design consultations.
• Guide diamond jewellery clients through product selection and styling.
• Manage the complete client and product cycle from appointment to delivery.
• Participate in events to represent the business model and introduce customers to the brand.
• Conduct concept tours for stakeholders and customers as required.
• Participate in jewellery exhibitions and represent the company professionally.
• Conduct periodic jewellery styling consultations for diamond jewellery clients.
• Participate in networking forums and represent the company across relevant digital platforms to contribute to revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups.
• Provide inputs and insights to support product strategy and development.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience, engagement, and business conversions.

• Strong knowledge of jewellery styling, design, and client consultation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people-reading and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand client preferences and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Customer-centric and confident in handling high-value clients.
• Strong sales and business conversion orientation.
