Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and trend-setting designs for studded jewellery collections.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility and excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align designs with market trends and consumer preferences.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing studded jewellery.
• Proven track record of leading successful design projects.
• Strong understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewellery manufacturing processes.
• Excellent sketching, CAD, and 3D modeling skills.
• Creative vision with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Functional Competencies

Hand-sketching, Corel-draw, CAD

Qualification:
Must possess a degree / diploma from NIFT / PEARL in Jewellery Designing

Prior Experience & Skills:

Work experience of a creative merchandiser or branding preferably in B2C space. Local or domestic market experience preferred.
Skills like Interpersonal networking, learnings from trade shows & exhibitions required
