Job Description:
- Research and identify potential customers from the target segment
- Use email, walk-ins, and outbound calling to generate interest among prospects.
- Move prospects through the pipeline and convert them into product demos.
- Regular follow-ups and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to grow sales.
- Set expectations with the founding team at the beginning of every week with semi-weekly status reports.
- Maintain the CRM and update records.
- By gaining insights on the sales cycle, give regular feedback and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs – this will be number of calls, walk-ins, onboarded customers, orders converted, etc.
Skills:
- Have a really good understanding of human behaviour and the nuances in positioning, selling, language, etc.
- Have a graduate degree with at least 2 years of work experience in sales Have knowledge on segmentation, customer personas, setting up sequences, personalized messaging, etc.
- Be based out of Mumbai and able to communicate effectively in
- English, Hindi, and Marathi
