You will conduct one-on-one consultations via video and phone, helping customers select the right diamond, metal, design, finish, ring size, and personalization options based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle. Success will be measured by revenue, customer satisfaction, consultation quality, conversion rates, repeat business, and referrals.

Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts. Handle sales billing, purchase entries, expenses, receipts, and payments . Reconcile daily cash, UPI, card, bank, and other payment collections . Maintain and verify customer payment records and outstanding balances.
