We are looking for Senior Sales Executive for a reputed jewellery company in Delhi with atleast 5+years of experience in Sales and services. The candidate should have knowledge of diamond jewellery or should be able to deal with selling of heavy diamond jewellery section.
Job Description:
To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewellery and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company’s strategies to enhance the store’s profit.
- Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits of the Company's promises and product details.
- To ensure customer delight in each sale.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement.
- Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.
- Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc.
Skills Required :
- 5+ years of experience in the sales field
- Experience from the jewellery industry preferred
- Good knowledge about sales and jewellery sales background preferred
- Ability to sell
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Well groomed and good self presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
