Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for Senior Sales Executive for a reputed jewellery company in Delhi with atleast 5 years of experience in Sales and services. The candidate should have knowledge of diamond jewellery or should be able to deal with selling of heavy diamond jewellery section.

Job Description:

To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewellery and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company’s strategies to enhance the store’s profit. 
• Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements. 
• Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits of the Company's promises and product details.
• To ensure customer delight in each sale.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement. 
• Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment. 
• Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall. 
• Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc. 

Skills Required : 

• 5 years of experience in the sales field
• Experience from the jewellery industry preferred
• Good knowledge about sales and jewellery sales background preferred
• Ability to sell 
• Self-motivated and driven by targets 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Customer service skills
• Well groomed and good self presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
