Create detailed 3D CAD models of rings, pendants, earrings, bangles, bracelets, and other categories as per design briefs. Work using Rhino and Matrix design software (experience preferred). Prepare accurate technical drawings, dimensions, weight estimation, and stone layouts for 3D printing/casting. Modify and refine CAD models based on feedback from designers, merchandisers, and production teams. Check manufacturing feasibility including metal thickness, prong strength, stone setting, shrinkage factors, and durability. Maintain and update CAD file versions and digital library in an organized manner. Coordinate with sampling & production team to resolve technical issues and improve design for mass production. Stay updated on jewellery trends, materials, CAD tools, and new techniques relevant to the category.
