Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

Promote and sell our range of cosmetics and perfume products to retail and wholesale clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Identify potential clients and convert leads into sales.

Ensure product visibility and placement in stores and promotional displays.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Participate in product training and promotional activities as required.

Submit daily/weekly reports and maintain sales records.


Requirements:

 

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the cosmetics or perfume industry.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Higher Secondary).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting tools is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience working with beauty retail chains, cosmetic distributors, or fragrance brands.

Knowledge of regional market trends and customer preferences.
