Senior Retail Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 

- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences 
- Create compelling sales strategies to ensure optimal customer experience 
- Manage day-to-day operations in the retail store 
- Actively seek out new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones 
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion 
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement 
 

Senior Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements: 

- Proven experience in retail sales management 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
