We are looking for System Administrators having 1-6 years of experience in computer operating systems and network servers.

Roles and Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
2. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
3. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
4. Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
5. Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and fail over procedures
6. Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
7. Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
8. Monitoring and maintaining network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways and intrusion detection system
9. Set up accounts and workstations.

Skill Required:

1. Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, networking protocols and patch management
2. Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
3. Experience with scripting in Python, Perl, or other language and automation tools
4. A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
5. Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
6. Excellent communication skills
