Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions within the organization.
This role will manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Responsibilities:
• Create and manage job postings for positions across all departments
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external recruiters
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to equal opportunity employment
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
• Track and report on recruitment metrics
• Remain up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and market intelligence
Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting role
• Excellent written and communication skills
