Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all EDP operations and IT infrastructure.
• Maintain and upgrade software and hardware as needed.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Coordinate with management to support business objectives with technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide training to staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing EDP/IT departments, preferably in the retail or jewellery sector.
• Strong knowledge of  GATI software and data security practices.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
