Job Description

We are hiring an experienced B2B Sales Executive to drive international sales across US and European markets. The role involves managing client relationships, generating business, and expanding the company’s export footprint.

Responsibilities

📈 Business Development Identify and onboard new international B2B clients Generate leads and convert them into long-term business Expand presence in US & European jewellery markets 🤝 Client Management Manage relationships with existing clients Understand buyer requirements and ensure fulfillment Handle negotiations, pricing, and order closures 💎 Product Understanding Present LGD and natural diamond collections to clients Align product offerings with market demand Coordinate with merchandising and production teams 📊 Sales Tracking Track sales performance, targets, and revenue growth Maintain client database and pipeline updates

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in B2B jewellery sales (export-focused) Strong exposure to US & European markets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Understanding of LGD and diamond jewellery
