Responsible for managing customer relationship operations, order tracking, and sales coordination using Gati software, ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage customer order lifecycle Track orders in Gati system Coordinate with production and dispatch Maintain client communication and follow-ups Generate MIS reports and sales analytics Handle escalations professionally

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Gati software 4–6 years jewellery industry experience Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good communication skills Strong Excel & reporting ability
