Job Description:
UMA Ornaments seeks a Customer Support Executive to manage client communications, order tracking, and internal coordination. The candidate must be detail-oriented, fluent in English, and proficient in Excel.
Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls and emails.

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.

Maintain Excel reports and client communication records.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely updates.
Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in customer service (preferably jewellery).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and internet usage.
Education: Graduate in any field.
