Job Description:
UMA Ornaments seeks a Customer Support Executive to manage client communications, order tracking, and internal coordination. The candidate must be detail-oriented, fluent in English, and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls and emails.

  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.

  • Maintain Excel reports and client communication records.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely updates.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service (preferably jewellery).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and internet usage.

Education: Graduate in any field.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans for assigned territories. Manage client relationships and build retailer/distributor networks. Achieve revenue targets and ensure market expansion. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and operations teams.

Requirements

5–7 years’ experience in jewellery sales or regional management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with UP, Bihar, and Jharkhand markets. Willingness to travel frequently.
