**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee GATI/EMR operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of export documentation.

- Coordinate with international clients and logistics partners to facilitate smooth shipping processes.

- Maintain and update export records, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to resolve any issues promptly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline back-office operations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive with a focus on GATI/EMR operations.

- Strong background in the export market, particularly in the jewellery industry.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant software.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
