The Marketing Back Office / CRM Executive will manage order tracking, shipment coordination, client communication, and CRM data management for export operations.
Responsibilities
Manage customer records and order details in the CRM system.
Coordinate with logistics partners such as Gati / EMR for shipments.
Track and update order dispatch, shipment status, and delivery timelines.
Support the marketing and sales teams with client communication and documentation.
Maintain accurate order reports, shipment records, and invoices.
Assist in preparing sales reports and export documentation.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding order status.
Requirements
Experience in CRM tools and order management systems.
Good knowledge of export logistics and shipment processes.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management.
