Virtual Ring Expert

We are seeking a customer-centric, relationship-driven Virtual Ring Expert to deliver a premium jewellery consultation experience from our office in Andheri, Mumbai. This Full-Time role combines consultative selling with product expertise. As the first point of contact for many customers, you will guide them through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives by understanding their needs, educating them on available options, and helping them create a ring that reflects their story. You will conduct one-on-one consultations via video and phone, helping customers select the right diamond, metal, design, finish, ring size, and personalization options based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle. Success will be measured by revenue, customer satisfaction, consultation quality, conversion rates, repeat business, and referrals.

• Conduct detailed client consultations through virtual meetings, phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person appointments.
• Understand client preferences, budgets, timelines, and personal requirements.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through genuine engagement and professional communication.
• Maintain regular follow-ups without creating pressure on clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
• Guide clients through engagement ring and fine jewellery selections.
• Educate clients on diamonds, certifications, metals, designs, personalization options, and pricing.
• Present the advantages and considerations of different options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Provide transparent recommendations aligned with client requirements.
• Deliver a premium luxury buying experience focused on trust and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets of ₹15 Lakhs–₹30 Lakhs per consultant.
• Maintain healthy appointment-to-conversion ratios through quality client engagement.
• Generate repeat business and referrals through exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with Production, Fulfilment, Design, and Customer Support teams.
• Monitor orders through completion and delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Experience in luxury retail, jewellery sales, premium hospitality, relationship management, wealth advisory, or consultative sales.
• Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery terminology is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience handling NRI or international clientele is an added advantage.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
