1. Sales & Business Performance Own and achieve the boutique’s sales, profitability, and KPI targets (AUR, conversion, UPT, basket size, etc.). Analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance and implement action plans to drive growth. Identify local business development opportunities, partnerships, and events to attract and retain clients. 2. Clienteling & Customer Experience Ensure every client encounter is personalized, discreet, and consistent with luxury standards. Drive clienteling activities: client outreach, appointments, private viewings, and after-sales follow up. Handle VIP / HNI clients and resolve service issues with tact, speed, and empathy. Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, store ambiance, and visual presentation. 3. Team Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of client advisors, cashiers, and support staff. Set clear targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and create development plans. Plan staffing, scheduling, and daily briefings to ensure strong coverage and productivity. Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence in client service. 4. Operations & Compliance Oversee inventory management: stock counts, transfers, shrinkage control, and security protocols. Ensure adherence to SOPs regarding cash handling, billing, documentation, and exchange/return policies. Coordinate with HO on merchandising, replenishment, logistics, and marketing initiatives. Maintain compliance with all legal, statutory, and brand guidelines. 5. Visual Merchandising & Brand Image Ensure the boutique and all displays meet brand VM standards at all times. Provide feedback on product assortment, local preferences, and bestsellers to merchandising teams. Support in-store events, product launches, and trunk shows from planning to execution.

Experience & Background 7–12 years of experience in retail, with at least 3–5 years in a store manager / boutique head role. Prior experience in luxury or premium categories such as jewelry, watches, fashion, accessories, or hospitality. Strong exposure to HNI / UHNI clientele; confident and polished in high-end, service-driven environments. Skills & Competencies Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to build and retain high-performing teams. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional or international languages is a plus. Strong clienteling, networking, and relationship-management abilities. High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional maturity. Comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and basic retail systems (POS, CRM, MS Excel).
