We are looking for a senior Meta Ads Specialist/Paid Social Manager for CSNJ Jewellery. The person must have proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising at a minimum of US$30,000–US$10000$ per month, preferably for luxury, jewellery, fashion or high-value e-commerce brands. They must be experienced in conversion campaigns, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, retargeting, creative testing, ROAS optimization and scaling profitable campaigns. 1. Facebook Instagram Ads — campaign setup, optimization, scaling. 2. Sales/Conversion campaigns — Purchase/Conversion objectives, not just boosting posts. 3. Large ad budgets — very important. Since CSNJ can spend tens of thousands of dollars per month, I would want someone who has personally managed $30,000–$10000+ per month in Meta ad spend. 4. E-commerce/jewelry or luxury products — preferably someone who understands high-value products and customer trust. 5. Meta Pixel + Conversions API — tracking purchases, leads, messages and ROAS correctly. 6. Retargeting — website visitors, video viewers, Facebook/Instagram engagers, previous customers. 7. Creative testing — Reels, videos, product photos, offers and different audiences. 8. ROAS and profitability — they must be able to explain exactly how much CSNJ spends, how much revenue comes back, and which campaigns are profitable. 9. Scaling — know how to increase a successful campaign from, for example, $300/day to $1,000/day or more without destroying performance. 10. Daily monitoring and reporting — clear daily/weekly reports.
