The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team while maintaining Tanishq's brand standards. Key Responsibilities Drive overall store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets. Lead, motivate and develop the retail sales team to deliver consistent performance. Coordinate with HR, commercial, inventory and other support functions for smooth store operations. Ensure proper grooming, discipline, attendance and professional conduct of the team. Drive customer acquisition, CRM activities, loyalty initiatives and repeat business. Ensure compliance with security, safety and operational processes. Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Retail/Management will be an advantage. 5+ years of relevant experience in retail, preferably jewellery/luxury retail. Strong experience in managing sales teams and achieving business targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and sales processes.
