JD: Manage the overall Quality Assurance function across the jewellery manufacturing process, from raw material to finished product. Ensure quality standards are followed at all production stages such as Casting, Filing, Setting, Polishing and Final Inspection. Implement and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Prepare, update and implement Quality Procedures, SOPs and Inspection Standards. Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits. Identify quality problems and find their Root Cause. Implement CAPA to avoid repeated quality issues. Use Lean, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement methods to reduce defects, rework and wastage. Coordinate with Production, CAD, Development and Dispatch teams to maintain product quality. Train Quality Inspectors and production employees. Monitor quality performance through rejection, rework, customer complaints and other quality reports. Improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and reduce Cost of Poor Quality. Maintain proper quality records, inspection reports and audit documents.
