Store Manager – Tanishq Location: Hinoo, Ranchi, Jharkhand Industry: Jewellery Retail Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Tanishq jewellery showroom. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team while maintaining Tanishq's brand standards. Key Responsibilities Drive overall store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets. Lead, motivate and develop the retail sales team to deliver consistent performance. Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships. Monitor key business metrics including sales, conversion, average ticket size, studded sales and customer engagement. Ensure adherence to all company policies, SOPs, audit requirements and brand standards. Manage inventory, stock controls, merchandising and store operations effectively. Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints. Analyse sales and performance reports and identify opportunities for business growth. Coordinate with HR, commercial, inventory and other support functions for smooth store operations. Ensure proper grooming, discipline, attendance and professional conduct of the team. Drive customer acquisition, CRM activities, loyalty initiatives and repeat business. Ensure compliance with security, safety and operational processes. Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Retail/Management will be an advantage. 5+ years of relevant experience in retail, preferably jewellery/luxury retail. Strong experience in managing sales teams and achieving business targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and sales processes. Candidates with experience in Tanishq, Mia by Tanishq or other reputed jewellery/luxury retail brands will be preferred. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and suitability.
