Job Description
Anmol Swarn is looking to hire Account Executive for their Chennai Office.
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Help Accounting/Finance Manager with handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Manage Billing, Stocking, Purchase, Sales and Accounting Entries
- Work with Bangalore Team in Accounting
- Comply with financial policies and regulations as proposed by the Management.
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an Accountant for at least 1 year
- Must be good at TALLY, MS Office tools
- Hands-on experience or knowledge with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables is a must
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
