Job Description

Anmol Swarn is looking to hire  Account Executive for their Chennai Office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Help Accounting/Finance Manager with handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Manage Billing, Stocking, Purchase, Sales and Accounting Entries
  • Work with Bangalore Team in Accounting
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations as proposed by the Management.

 

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as an Accountant for at least 1 year
  • Must be good at  TALLY, MS Office tools
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables is a must
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  •  Good analytical  and communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
