Job Description

Responsible for handling international B2B/USA client communication, product selling, order processing, and relationship management during night shift. Drives revenue through proactive sales, follow-ups, and customer servicing for US markets.

Responsibilities

Manage USA-based B2B diamond/jewellery clients. Conduct virtual meetings, product pitching & catalogue presentations. Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations & order closures. Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipeline. Coordinate with production, logistics & pricing teams. Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets. Ensure timely responses due to USA time zone.

Requirements

Prior experience in diamond/jewellery B2B sales (mandatory). Strong English communication & email etiquette. Familiarity with international markets preferred. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage high-pressure timelines.
