Ansh Jewels, Mumbai, is looking for an experienced Accountant with strong hands-on knowledge of GATI accounting software and prior experience in the jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, inventory reconciliation, GST compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, compliant-focused, and well-versed in jewellery accounting practices.

Accounting & Finance Maintain complete books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and vouchers Handle day-to-day accounting entries in GATI software Manage accounts payable & receivable Bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Jewellery-Specific Accounting Manage gold, diamond, and jewellery inventory accounting Reconcile stock between physical inventory and system records Handle job work accounting, karigars’ accounts, and approvals Track wastage, purity, and metal balances Taxation & Compliance Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR 1, 3B, reconciliation, etc.) Coordinate with CA for GST audits, TDS, and annual filings Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with sales, operations, and management for data accuracy Assist during internal and external audits Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports as required
