We are looking for Assistant manager for sales support in Mumbai location for all areas.
Job description
- Follow up and reconciliation of data for various products like Bonds, FD, Insurance etc.
- Co-ordinating with finance team for raising of the invoice on various issuers / brokers etc and circulating the same to respective issuer / broker
- Follow up with issuer / broker for the payment against the invoices raised
- Maintaining upto date records for brokerage received
- Partner payout working
- Co-ordinating with various issuer for resolution of client queries
- Bidding of SGB / IPO / NCD during the issue and co-ordinating for PAN mismatch reports
- Sending out partner payout related communication to partners and respective sales staff
- Partner empanelment process and staff code creation in system
Desired Candidate Profile
Understanding of Bonds, FD, Insurance and Mutual Fund products
