We are looking for Sales Manager for our showroom in Mumbai region.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Building relationships to drive repeat clientele.
- Constantly monitor the overall operations of the store that affect sales including customer satisfaction, ambiance, cleanliness, and decor and service standards.
- Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
- Ensure immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints by self and staff.
- You will acquire local market intelligence about the premiums/discounts which are being offered by the competitor.
Requirements
- The Candidate should have Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales manager
- Education - Graduate
