• Training staff, managing inventory.
• Ensuring a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing store environment, and assisting customers. 
• You should also be able to promptly address and resolve customer complaints and any staff issues.
• You supervise employees, work to improve retail performance, set sales goals.
• Recruiting and training store associates, determining schedules for employees, and providing advice on gem and material selection.
• Should have luxury industry experience.
