• Should coordinate details of event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Must be skilled in project management,Computer savvy and proficient in MS Office
• Should provide suggestions to enhance the event s success as per budgets and ensure adherence
• Liaising with clients to understand event briefs and objectives for events
• Finding and booking suitable event venues, contractors and suppliers
• Managing a team of junior events assistants and crew members
