We are looking for a Branch Manager with experience of  2+ years  in Retail and Jewellery Industry.

Job Description:

• The position will be responsible for achieving the sales target which is being assigned to the branch. 
• The position is responsible to ensure all the process and policies which are implemented in the shop. 
• The position is responsible to act as a point of contact between the branch employees and the back office. 
• The position is responsible to implement and suggest new marketing events which will help in increasing the branch sales. 
• The position is responsible to ensure discipline is maintained within the branch. 

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: 

Sales: Key Activities/Elements- Responsible to achieve the branch sales target which is being assigned by the organization.
