Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on the sales floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide product knowledge and training to staff to ensure they are well-equipped to assist customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and organization.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always clean, attractive, and well-organized.
• Drive and achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Assist with scheduling and managing staff shifts.
• Report to store management regarding sales performance, team development, and any operational concerns.
• Proven experience in retail management or as a supervisor in a high-end retail environment, preferably within the jewellery industry.
