Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in a professional manner.
Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry.
Showcase and explain product details, including design, quality, and pricing.
Work to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Store Operations:
Accurately handle billing and cash transactions.
Maintain the store's visual appeal, ensuring displays are clean and well-organized.
Help with inventory management and stock-taking.
Stay updated on CaratLane's products, promotions, and company policies.
Relationship Building:
Create and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a delightful shopping experience and encourage repeat business.
Address customer questions and resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements
1. Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's degree.
2. Experience: Prior experience in retail, especially in jewelry sales, is a plus.
3. Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and a regional language (such as Kannada) are highly desirable.
