Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Sales:
2. Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
3. Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
4. Effectively showcase and explain product features, including design, quality, and pricing.
5. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Store Operations:
Handle billing and cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain the store's visual merchandising and ensure the display is clean, organized, and appealing.
Assist with inventory management, including stock arrangement and counts.
Stay updated on CaratLane's products, promotions, and company policies.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure a delightful shopping experience and encourage repeat business.
Address customer queries and resolve any concerns effectively and promptly.
1. Minimum qualification: Any Bachelor's degree.
2. Prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is a plus.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and a regional language (like Kannada) are highly desirable.
4. A positive attitude, a passion for sales, and a pleasing personality.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
